Our casting plant’s environmental and manufacturing conditions are monitored at all time to ensure the highest quality of the cattle slats product. All precast concrete elements are produced under controlled conditions which allow us to control emission levels, waste or even noise level.
Our cattle slats are cast using metal castings and can reused almost indefinitely in order to preserve energy, environment and create sustainable production. Usage of standardised precast forms lowers the cost and delivery time frame for the end user.
We produce cattle slats using our tried and tested high quality ready mix concrete and using prestressed technology (prestressing tendons) allows us to overcome concrete’s natural weaknesses. We constantly control the process and quality of our product.
